Zeev Buium, signed 8x$9.4M by VAN, is a young offensive defenceman who showed some very promising puck-moving ability and flashes of his hockey I.Q. as a rookie. Still a lot of growing to do in other areas to become a true top-pairing or even #1 defenceman.
