Now Sam O'Reilly Just won the OHL playoff MVP with 17-11-28 in 18 games. McDavid won this award too, even though his team lost in the finals. Exactly how it went for him in his first NHL finals, Ugh.
We may be mastering discarding any hits we make in the first round.

I think O'Reilly will be tested when he has to skate at NHL level.. I rember watching the Penticton Prospects a couple years ago when O'Reilly and Nichol were drafted.. I though Nichol was teh best skater of the forwards.. he was on every puck.. O'Reilly strained to keep up.. so maybe Howard turns out better.. next year will tell a lot..
A smaller player can do well in the NHL but he needs to have above average speed and a high-focus competitive intensity.. like a Koneckny with Phillie (5'-10", 192lbs) .. he doesn't let his size limit him in effectiveness.
Howard is 5'-10" and 180 lbs..
Savoie is the same size.. 5'-10" and 180 lbs
