Stu remains exactly what Stu is, and we absolutely had to move on from him. Pens have been on a shooting% heater since the trade, which makes his, and Silov's records look better than they should be for how they've played. Still, Bowman clearly got owned hard in this trade. We've probably sabotaged Jarry with trash defensive play than the Pens did to Skinner since the trade, but Jarry still gives very little confidence with his frantic play. He's basically been in the kind of funk we saw from guys like Skinner and Campbell before, while Ingram has just been grinding away like a more able version of Cal Pickard.

Our defensive game has finally started to clean up though in the last month, so maybe Jarry can have a chance to build some confidence and at least be a dependable backup for us, at 5.375M

I imagine the Pens just let Stu go this summer, and being able to is a pretty good win for them in the trade. They will have got a 2nd and Sam Girard for dumping Jarry's bad contract in the end.
