Think it is just a squeaky wheel gets the grease situation.

This org is lazy as hell about almost everything. Lazy management hires and no efforts to work the league for their own benefit. We keep hoping that good behavior will be rewarded but always get the opposite. Pushovers get the short end when everyone else is always pushing to try to get an advantage.
