I feel the same. I don't find Pickard nearly as floppy as Skinner was, but both Jarry and Ingram just seem more in control. More able to just be in the right spot. Not turning routine plays into 2 minute fire drills in our end.

Picks does not flop but at least once a game he's he is looking in the wrong direction. Seems to be a more 'athletic', unconventional goalie. I am certain if fans feel a sense of calm when Jarry and Ingram play, it more than translates to the players as well.
My only point of reference would be old timer rec hockey where it is almost always chaos so I will not pretend to know what its like in the NHL, but it seems to be a reasonable expectation that a calm goalie would help a team remain focused on just playing the game and not worrying about an expected save going in on a routine play.
