Bouchard is one of "the" things that had the team so close to a cup recently. No one pretends he doesnt make some mistakes. To pretend he isn't one of the main reasons for success is ridiculous. I now some here have decided he should be exiled but after a slow start he is far and away our best overall defenceman this year and likely one of the top 3-4 best players on the team.

People yammering on this again tonight, but have people realized his numbers since the start of November? When he's on the ice, we outscore the opposition. When he's not, we've not been great. Bouchard really should be on Team Canada given his last two playoffs. I'm really fine to have as few Oilers there as possible, but on sheer merit he should be there.
