Came out in the first period and blitzed them, eased to far off the pace to get back to that standard for the rest of the game. For once we controlled it from 5-0 and even with a bit of fight in the third.

Was it pretty hockey? Was it play off hockey? No to both, but it didn't need to be, do the job, win the game and go onto the next. Savoie is developing nicely and I wish we'd seen Tomasek earlier, I think we'd have a real good bottom 6 scorer and threat.
