Whatever Canucks trade out I don't think they'll be wanting to keep any cap.. so that will limit trade partners and market value.

Boeser's contract is a boat anchor.


The ones they're talking about are all UFAs, so very little disincentive to keep cap this year. It's all gone next year. If they can get better picks or prospects by taking salary, I expect them to do that all day long.
