This team might be getting into a state of depression. 2 finals losses and management refuses to fix the biggest handicap of the last 3 playoffs. When you know your team isn't good enough and management is clearly not interested in making the hard fix, where do you go from there? There is almost no excitement in how this team plays this season. Team looks like they're just walking a long plank this season so far.
