Why does this team always start the season looking lacklustre? Let's be real here... the Rangers should have beaten the Oilers and the squad should be at a record of 1-3-1.

They are one atypical ridiculous game away from being in the same scenario they almost always are. So much for starting the season sharp... they look like a team of turd blossoms right now.

Shape the eff up. Words are only words. If you guys actually want to start the season well, start playing like it.

And so much for Connor getting back to his goal scoring ways... I predicted 25 max after the last game and I'm almost thinking I'll downgrade it to 20. Dude looks so uninspired. Most of the team does.
