This isn't a contract issue - it's a non-arm's length party that they're paying. If it was a complete third party then maybe, but because this money is just shifting from one pocket to another, that's not the problem. They could change terms any time.

If you give people excuses for grift, you're going to keep getting grifted. Let's call it what it is here, folks.
