Been through a lot of coaches. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. Seen so many crumble and run out of ideas. I think Knob is the best we've had in a long time. We aren't making the finals either of the last 2 years without key changes and adjustments he made along the way. If we had him in 22/23, we may have got passed Vegas too. Ignoring Skinner was crumbling under the pressure + ridiculous rigid man on man coverage ended that series for us.
I think I would finally put coaching in the bottom 1/4 of the list of things I would blame for the failures of this team, so no issues with running with him for some more years.

I'd perhaps have the coaching slightly higher, I'm glad he's back and I hope that if the new faces joining him for what ever reason don't work out, he'll be big enough to admit and change again. I know the majority of the changes this summer wasn't by design, but sometimes coaches (in all sports) hate to admit to making mistakes. The best ones though will do and be ruthless in pursuit of the ultimate prizes
