Been through a lot of coaches. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. Seen so many crumble and run out of ideas. I think Knob is the best we've had in a long time. We aren't making the finals either of the last 2 years without key changes and adjustments he made along the way. If we had him in 22/23, we may have got passed Vegas too. Ignoring Skinner was crumbling under the pressure + ridiculous rigid man on man coverage ended that series for us.

I think I would finally put coaching in the bottom 1/4 of the list of things I would blame for the failures of this team, so no issues with running with him for some more years.
