I have. I don't come to the same conclusion from it that you do that these poor boys are being railroaded by the justice system. He doesn't know why he wanted to get Fabbro there. He doesn't remember Dube slapping her ass. He says he didn't see anything disrespectful or out of line and that he'd have definitely left immediately if he had or maybe even stopped it. He said she wanted it and was offering sex up to everyone in the room. He says professional athletes get women to film consent videos sometimes. He's heard of it happening. It's not that strange to him. He says Foote just did a fully-clothed splits over the girl and that it would be weird if he'd teabagged her.
I think he's very concerned about the possibility of consequences here and probably already pretty shocked at the consequences he's already felt.
I'll be clear on my bias here. I've heard for years from people in Sherwood Park that he was a spoiled, entitled kid and that he is actually not a good person. I've heard his family isn't great to deal with either. And I don't see anything in all of this to suggest that those reports are untrue.
