.. yes. but the flip side is that once you're there the D1 team can also decide if they dont want you anymore & cut you at any moment.

..Think of all the great players FLA got for pennies on the dollar (Reinhart, Bennett, Forsling, etc.). The common denominator is that the teams that drafted them got "prospect fatigue" and gave up on them after overexposing them too early.
