It's hard to judge the trade without seeing what we do with the extra cap space. If it is actually the rumoured Frederic deal, then yeah, we should all be upset. If the space is used to improve the team in a meaningful way (we certainly will need functional toughness from elsewhere) then I'm ok with it.
On the flipside, Canucks fans seem miffed at the deal too, thinking a 4th was too much to give up considering no salary retention.
