Lots of talk about McDavid having 4 straight 20 point playoffs. Tried to look at D that had 3 straight 15 point seasons (3 straight at 16 now for Bouch). Only guy I found of big names was Potvin in the Islanders dynasty. Orr, Coffey, Lidstrom, Makar never did it.

Took this one out of the Game Day Thread. Here's some fun stats:
McDavid has 139 points in 88 playoff games. That puts him 42nd all-time now, one ahead of Patrick Kane (who took 143 games to get there). There's no one else in the top-50 with under 100 playoff games. Only one close to the top-50 with so little games is Draisaitl with 129 points in 88 games (tied for 51st).
Meanwhile Bouchard now has 75 points in 67 games. Among defencemen that puts him in 32nd all-time. Orr had 92 points in 74 games, but that's the only player scoring at a higher post-season rate to Bouchard. He probably can't catch Orr for #17th all-time this year - 15 more points in what remains of the playoffs would be insane - but he could easily be in the top-25 (80 points). Most of the guys with more are in the Hall of Fame.
It's pretty crazy to see them climbing so far up the lists with lots of career left in front of all three.
