So do those VGK uniforms have some stealth technology built in or something?
How many time did we leave guys WIDE OPEN back door. Like they didn’t even know the guy was there. Especially on the PP. they need to clean that up for next game.

It was interesting Bieksa talked about the 1st goal against the Oilers during the 1st intermission.. the Oilers left the wide guy at the faceoff circle open for the one-timer (Leon's spot) .. Bieksa said he would have liked to see Kulak put his stick in the lane to clog it up.. instead Kulak was stationary and tried to react to the play instead of just positioning himself to take it away as a possibility
The VGK PK sure knew how to take that away.. Leon didn't have any decent looks all night on the Oiler PP.
Oilers really need to figure out their PP.. make some adjustments..

Our PP is constantly trying to find that same Drai pass and it's never there. Maybe we are confused because it's so easy to make that pass in practice.
We are stuck in our own loop of our PP and PK not helping the other improve and maybe even devolve.

I think they have to move Leon around.. move him in and out to that spot.. so the PK'ers can't key off him.. its too stagnant and predictable.. if RNH had more than a muffin for a shot from the RHS.. the PK'ers would be forced to play both sides as a threat.. they just leave RNH alone.. no one goes to him..
If you ever watch a box lacrosse game.. the forwards are always moving around trying to get a moment of separation to receive a pass and shot.. checking is so super tight.. one good tactic used is make contact with the defender.. lean on him so he thinks he's with you and has position on you.. then suddenly push off to get separation.. and before he can react.. get pass.. shot.. score.
