Back on waivers today with LV.
Did they do this just to mess with our complicated cap situation for opening day?
If we put in a claim and others do, do we get priority?

Now here is the kicker.

Sounds like a win-win situation for Lavoie and the Oilers. A half price player, screws the Knights and Raph joins the NHL. I do not know how accurate this is, but I like the idea.

Wow, that's pretty nice if true. Although, I guess we have to actually want him on the roster. If we don't actually feel he is ready for the NHL, he is eating some of our cap space we were hoping to accrue.
