Welp. A game away from a cup and there is no denying the massive impact Jackson had on this team already. He was just supposed to be learning the ropes while Holland had his last year, but ended up having to push a coach change and pick his own guy to save a season on the brink of total disaster. Knob has been huge. First coach we have had in forever that seems to be able to motivate and be technically able, making all kinds of impactful adjustments in the season and the playoffs. Our team seeming to get better at countering our opposition as series go on has been amazing to witness.
Jackson also brought in a mental health/motivational coach that seems to have had a massive impact on a lot of our players, most importantly was probably Skinner

Dare to dream we actually my be on the cusp of proper management for the Oilers? Huge summer ahead for Jackson. And hopefully it's all happening after a cup win.
