Here is a guy who is a talented first round pick, probably saw himself being a certain player after he was drafted, it didn't happen right away. But he has come in, accepted a certain role, goes out there and does whatever he can to have success to help the team win, doesn't get down on himself because he's probably not in the role he thought he would be in once he got drafted. He's playing with confidence playing whatever the role the team asks him to play. He's endeared himself to the team, loving life, loving being in the NHL.

Great to see.

And it took a second opportunity and a fresh start. Here’s hoping big Jesse and Benson get the same opportunity elsewhere, and whoever is coming back to us in those trades.
