I can't see Woody lighting many fires, not his style.. he's a mellow dude.. which unfotunately is like the majority of the team.

True. But you generally need a coach that can do both.. as required.. I don't really see Woody as fire breather. :) I think what may save Woody is that he has Manson with him, who might be more able to be a hard ass. I feel the worst thing for the Oilers has been in the D-zone, hopefully Manson contributes there.
Your point that the team is not suited for a fire breather may be part of the problem, and a culmination of Holland's errors.
