This team could use some more blue collar hustle. It’s not like Luke Richardson or Chris Pronger are cashing cheques in front of the net anymore. The space is there to take.

I totally agree. This team seems to be really against any sort of sustained pressure or downlow play. It's a ton of 1 and done and if they don't score, look out because it's going the other way in a hurry.
