There's going to be a lot of debate about this I'm guessing.
For me:
Nurse / Bear
Jones / Bouchard
Koekkoek / Barrie
I don't have Larsson or Russell in there, and probably rank Lagesson above them also. Like Tippet, I also value the RH/LH even distribution.

I want to play too, but I'm not going by pairings...
Nurse (rising)
Barrie (rising)
Bear (falling due to injury but should bounce back)
Larsson (falling, but absolutely essential to the team still)
Lagesson (wild card)
Bouchard (rising rapidly)
Koekkoek (doesn't get to play as much as he deserves)
Russell (falling)
Jones (falling off the map, into an AHL abyss)
