I imagine the Wild aren’t too happy at losing on a penalty in OT, but they made the mental lapse and paid the price.

That's a pretty straightforward loss with the kind of goaltending we've been used to the last few years. We completely let our guard down to gift Minny 3 easy goals. But Levi saved everything else to give these guys a shot. Great Birthday snipe by Bouch to finish it.

Not counting game one. Levi has a .931 save percentage. Fair to say this kid has been unbelievable

McDavid's 20 assists in 9 games to start a season is a record apparently. Gretzky never did that.

No Cups

Went through the match thread before posting after catching up with the game. A couple of comments regarding our play in the 3rd. The last few games we've defended leads in the 3rd and done it by allowing teams onto us and just making sure they had no chances. I didn't see anything different, just that this Wild team is a good team and found a way through.

Last season and possibly a few seasons beyond that, this team would have crumbled and allowed the Wild to get the winner, but if the one thing Babs has brought to the team that has been evident this season so far is the resilience and fight.

Levi again looked good and whilst not scoring the bottom lines are doing great jobs when on the ice, long may it continue

PK was successful against two of the top units in the NHL. The Oilers have looked good 5v up until tonight. The team we saw against Utah is the gold standard. 5v5 and special teams dominant.

And these are tough teams. Utah, and Minnesota. Two very tough teams that we beat

Carolina obviously will be our biggest challenge to date.
