Nice payback. Guys were motivated after a let down game that they really did gift away by only playing half of it.
Nice to see no fear running the score up. Still amazed as how much refs let Utah get away with. I don't know what this team/org did to deserve playoff Panthers tier leeway with refs to just do blatant grabs and hooks all night long and the refs ignore it. Just Gary calling from above that Utah is a new market they need to help promote more?

Is that the first time we've seen back to back games from Jarry?? No fault on either goals and nothing suspect in keeping them at bay for the rest of the game.
Had to watch the Utah feed, they called the lack of penalties on Thursday early in the first and then shut up about it. Complained about a couple of Oilers hits but didn't mention anything about the home teams dirty tricks.
Another controlled win, which I like. Rather be doing it that way than having to score one more than the other team. Plenty of rest for the top line in the second and third period, though that last PK with McDavid out for nearly 2 minutes wasn't fun. I know Babs wants him on the PK, but that was not fun to watch.
Take me home, country road
to the place where I belong
to Alberta, to see the Oilers
