Nothing has ever been owned harder than Anaheims pp owns the Oiler pk. Why is 97 killing penalties? I'll never understand this.

Holy hell does Anaheim ever own the Oilers. This is brutal. The boys in orange and blue are pylons for the orange and black lads to skate around. It's like a fun practice out there for Anaheim.

Brutal first period. Anaheim is all over the Oilers... like ALL OVER THEM.

Outshot 16 - 6 and outscored 2 - 0. Gross.

What a statement game from the Oilers, showing that they've improved and their seasoned team can play with the young, inexperienced Ducks. BS.

Yeah these guys are in our heads. Still basically auto-goals if the Ducks get a powerplay against us. Embarrassing. Another dragon we have to slay this season.

Nicely done. Flipped the script from the first period. Seem to have shored up the PK, and capitalizing on chances. Leaning on the Ducks this period.

It's a joke that players like Hughes and Werenski continually get mentioned in the same conversation as Bouchard.

A far less embarrassing period. Keep it up boys!

Levi made some big saves to keep it close.

Unbelievable. There might be less than 5 players in the entire league that can play.

Hmmm, maybe speaking too soon, but that was quite a reversal from the 1st period being an almost perfect recreation of our playoff series against the Ducks.

Should wait to see the third though :)

First game of the year I actually get to watch. First period was rough, but Levi kept them in it and that 2nd was crazy - felt like they would score every shift.

Bouch somehow +10 and 11 points 3 games and 2 periods into the season.

Probably still 5th place in early Norris voting.
