Good call by Babcock to stick with Levi. Very likely we lose that game with Jarry. Too close for too long and Levi had to make some big saves to keep it even.

Who knew Ty Emberson was the missing piece in our defence?? Much better from the D corps, but still far from perfect. That second period was worrying as is the present state of McD and Leon on the top line. I just hope that bounce and goal is the luck that gets them going, as they've been rather normal to start the year.

LOL... I think McDavid's been his normal self. Even looking a little off perhaps, he's still rocking a 3 PPG to start the season. Drai has had so many chances to score so far, so some of those will start to go in with more regularity. He'll sort himself out on the O side. It's the D side with Drai that I worry about; buddy gives the puck away all the time. Showed some good hustle after he did it a couple of times against Van in the second game to get back into the play, however he needs to cut down on the bad giveaways.
