Steal of a deal for this year.
Would have liked to see more term as that number is going to skyrocket a year from now but I'm glad to see they are bringing him back for another year at least.
Overall a really good day I think. And still a bit of cap room to play with..

Good add and price.. I think he took only the year because Bowman told Kapper who else they are hoping to sign with the remaining cap space.. currently at $8.2M

One year deal is nice. Keeps the effort level up. Considering some of the insanity today, 2.6M is borderline 4th liner money now.

Yeah I think he left some on teh table.. he likely gets Janmarks cap next year when he's UFA.. if Kap plays well..
