Don't need to worry about the series tonight. Just need to win this game.
A little more focus in the defensive zone, a little better passing, and maybe a game plan to deal with the high pressure that the Ducks are employing, and we can roll.
Hopefully McDavid isn't that banged up and maybe we get Dickinson back too. Hearing rumours of a Jarry start...

So sad it's come to this. Was hoping Pens fans wouldn't get a chance to laugh at us for some revenge. Although, us being scared to play a 5.5M goalie with 2 years left that we overpaid for out of desperation is hilarious already.
Ingram obviously wasn't close to stealing a game for us. I think we have just been in the Pickard zone again, where our team gets the result they deserve. Ingram didn't give either of those games away for us like Skinner can. He just was mediocre while most of the skaters were abysmal.

Agree, despite the speed and size advantage the Ducks seem to have, and a banged up McDavid, Draisatl (they both missed practice yesterday) playing much less than 100% .. the Oil were still better at 5 v 5 overall.. just need to avoid giving the refs opportunities to call weak penalties (this means you Darnell) .. and do not give up odd man rushes and breakaways (Bouch Nurse Walman) .. which is all mental error.
Do that and they can win this series. The west division is open.. Avs barely beating LA, Vegas losing to Utah.. only one that's dangerous is Minni and they are tied with Dallas.. and we wouldn't have to beat both Avs and Dallas/Minni .. just one of em..
