What stings apart from what I saw in the lowlights, is that I had predicted a 5-3 win for the Oilers with the thought process we'd bounce back from a trouncing from the Avs and win with an empty netter. That Avs game I predicted 2-7...... After watching that back and thinking perhaps a corner might have been turned, we produced the performance I'd been expecting then.

It's the same old issues keep cropping up, poor defence, sloppy give aways, soft keeping and elements of luck going against us.

After the decade of darkness, we are about to end the decade of fractions away.... I wonder what we'll be calling the next decade...
