Regula might be a loss if he's claimed.. we have no one in Bako that could be brought up except Brown.. Fingers crossed no one remembers him and he clears
He was with Boston before he was claimed by Oilers.. they might want him back.. also he was in Chicago for a while.. they have a ton of cap and no defencemen
That was probably the "internal" moves Stauffer mentioned during the Shark game.. I thought it was off ice.. makes more sense now..

Mangy pissed off at his agent right now? Everyone getting a contract from us lately over 1.5M gets a NMC. Somehow his agent managed to make Mangy the only guy without one.

Waiving/clearing Mangi will make him more tradeable.. the team that takes him can keep him in the AHL at lower cap.
A lot of teams with tons of cap room.. could move Mangi to their AHL roster for a pick.
