Further explanation by Puckpedia.. Looks like Savoie will be back after Feb 25.. they accumulate cap room and can recall him and still keep Henrique active.. think this means Samanski remains in Bako.. :(

With #LetsGoOilers sending Savoie down, they can now activate Henrique from LTIR.
They have $238K proj cap space available, which can fit $775K annual cap hit today. Using our Current Cap Space Slider, you can see that this grows to $897K by Feb 25, meaning they could potentially recall Savoie on/after that date
