Well, winning 3 in a row took 10 tries. So 4 in a row probably will take min 20 tries.

No Cups

As I said in the game thread, we've been showing our ability of not giving in and winning games late on from behind of late. I said after the Sharks game that's an excellent quality and it is, but you can't keep going to the tank and repeating every game.

Despite the amount of shots on goal, that was a shocker, I think it's only comparable to the Avs game earlier in the year for me. These games happen, we can't expect to come back all the time, and so this is the slap in the face they need to make sure against the Leafs they come out more clinical and stop the goals against.

I'm just glad this wasn't a play-off game as I'd be far more concerned than I am.

Another gross effort on home ice. At least they were going for offense and got a few goals, but that was a zero defensive effort game. Zero. Slot shots were a regularly selected menu item for the Wild.

Not blaming this on Jarry, outside of the pretty terrible Hughes goal (great players score those kinds of goals, but cover the damn post!). Minny has a rock solid system that they play...... and the Oilers do not. They need much better coaching than Knob and Stuart to get them to play proper D. This one wasn't even close.

Does anyone trust that we could beat Minnesota or Colorado in a seven game series in the playoffs? Any other division and we wouldn’t even be third place right now. Thank God our division is so soft this year.

The better go out and hammer Toronto

Wouldn't that be nice. The Oilers need a good comeback game after yet another beatdown at the hands of a Central Division opponent.
