Nice win, terrible refs. Got to watch this one on MSG, so it felt like watching the playoffs on TNT down here with Kenny Albert.

No Cups

This was a painful one to watch, but Skinner had a solid game along with a little luck tonight. Oilers have started the season against goalies that are playing really well and have managed to find ways to score.

Skinner is the best there ever was or will be. As long as he is playing after a Pickard win though :)

Nice to see another team having the kind of horrid luck we've enjoyed to start past seasons. Third time the Rangers have been shutout in their first 5 games this year.

Looks like we were part of a record. Maybe was mentioned on TV, I missed most of the game.

NHL News @PuckReportNHL

#NYR are the first team in NHL history to not score a single goal in their first 3 home games of a season

Holy hell... that is truly terrible.

Can't say that I'm sad to see JT as part of that debacle. He's such a donkey.

Where did we find this goalie? He’s got potential!

Nurse .. can't believe my eyes sometimes... opening face off .. Oil get possession .. and without the puck .. Nurse decides to rush up deep into the O-zone.. all the way down to the bottom of the face circle.. (I'm actually saying to the TV.. "Nurse WHAT are you doing..?") .. and of course Oil lose puck.. Nurse turns and starts skating back.. but not 100% .. not head down full out.. like a normal D-man would .. when they realize their D-partner is on his own.. and a 2 on 0 is developing.. so dumb.

The guy keeps doing this game after game.. takes a high risk.. for a low to zero reward..

He's 30 yo now.. so he's basically what he is..

Then he had that total spaz behind his own net.. all alone and trips over his own feet.. one of the weirdest things I've seen.. total brain and body spaz..

Looking forward to when his NMC expiries.
