Gregor has some pretty terrible takes at times... that would be one of them. Why wouldn't you feel anxious about the game? You're a fan, your team is so close, it has a juggernaut opposing them, and you want the best but fear the worst. That's what being a fan is.
If you were just blase about the whole thing, there is no passion behind it. We need that energy and how many of us have been fans through dreadful days? They are so close... and we want it for the team, and for us.

It makes sense for Gregor. His only passion is finding a way to argue against what most people think, and talking really loud with his shrill voice and digging in as hard as he can.
Another great topic for him to take on. Making fun of fans feeling they have a strong emotional stake in a team they have been following, possibly for decades, that is within 3 games of a championship.
Well done Mr. Gregor.
That said, reminding yourself you have zero impact on the team and none of the bad that happens is your fault is a good coping mechanism to move on. Endless mismanagement history to remember and talk about. But, let's all hope we don't have to go there :)
