If I was Bowman, I’d be up in here and all fan forums and reviving all the Klingberg signing threads. I am that petty.
Regardless what happens in the SCF, I don’t think the impact of that signing can be overstated. Coupled with the acquisition of Walman? Masterstroke. Well done.

Well we didn't make winning game 4 easy, but we got it done..
Lots of good performances and responding straight after goals against. Onward we skate, to a home ice SCF, when was the last time that happened? I'm guessing before many on here was even born.

That whole series was a masterclass. The Oilers looked like a team on a mission. They were one bad period away from sweeping the Stars.
As for the Trophy, I'm pretty sure they touched the Cup in all of 1983, 1984, 1985, 1987, 1988 and 1990 and didn't touch it in 2006 and 2024, so we're 5/6 when touching it and 0/2 when avoiding it. It was the right call.
Now let's @#$%ing go get this done.

I was watching replays of after the game ceremonies.. when the team took the team photo with the trophy on the ice.. I noticed Daly had slid himself right into the center row.. looked kinda weird.. Bettman never takes a photo with the winning team on ice with The Cup.. it looked odd.
