I guess the big one is Bouchard...playing well as of late but generally good offensively and subpar defensively. Over or under 10M/yr?
UFA's -
Perry
Brown
J.Skinner
Kapanen
Frederic
Klinberg
Could see Perry back on league min
Brown on a value deal under $2M would be ok
Shinner's probably gone
Kapanen, Frederic and Klinberg all question marks
Also does McDavid extend this summer and if so for how much?

They pay McDavid and Bouchard and then let the chips fall where they may. I'm expecting a few less veterans next year, or vets on really cheap deals hoping to win a Cup. I suspect Klingberg and Frederic get paid elsewhere. Someone is definitely taking a gamble on Klingberg after what he's shown in the playoffs.

McDavid will likely take just slightly above Draisaitl, but not max out. Bouch will get 11-12.
Skinner's gone for sure. I'd be ok with BRown returning, but this is going to be his only real option for a better payday. After this year, they probably ask Perry to come back one more time at league min. Kapanen, Frederic and Klingberg all likely ask for too much for us to match.

I would love to be able to hold on to Klingberg, but since he passed up his payday a few years ago this is likely his last chance. Especially if we win the Cup this year, I don't think he would have any motivation to not just take the biggest dollar amount. That is a bummer though, because out of the whole list, he is the one I would want to keep the most.

Think Bowman is giving some signs that he gets the D position, so probably shouldn't lose too much sleep over Klingberg. It may mean we need another D that can move a puck for the 3rd pair, but there will be opportunities through the year to find players. Not something you have to overpay in the summer to avoid doing work later.
Still have Walman on a good deal too. I think he would be more the cornerstone guy on a 2nd/3rd pair.
Assuming we figure Bouch out, this D group will be pretty easy for even a semi-competent GM to finish off for not too high a price:
Ekholm-Bouch
Nurse-Kulak
Walman-X (or just Stecher)

Emberson is already signed for two more years. He's probably your bottom-pairing RW next season.
