If anyone ever thought Vegas and the other NHL Corp. endorsed franchises AREN'T favoured by the NHL .. this removes ALL DOUBT.. Rigged outcomes.. if results are fixed at the DOPeS .. then you have to extrapolate that its the same for the officiating. It ALL RIGGED.
If this was a league game coming up I'd totally run Pieterngelo right in the face with a crosscheck .. and dare them to suspend me.

The question is redundant.. it WAS a SUSPENSION.. one of the worst in years.. TEXT BOOK..
The reason the NHL decided to not give suspension is because its Vegas and the NHL wants Vegas in the playoffs .. reasons could be many.. from personal payoffs.. to a desire to have the Tier One USA franchises go deep into the playoffs .. for the benefit of USA networks, advertisers, and BETTING.

This may not be a popular opinion but the incestuous relationship between gambling and hockey is going to cause one heck of a controversy someday...one that the league won't be able to smother.

Absolutely.
You can tell how dependent the NHL is on betting and the companies that sponsor them by all the relentless advertising we see .. every minute.. on TV.. on line.. EVERYWHERE.. I'd be surprised if the the NHL license fees to the betting companies (and casinos) didn't include a share of the betting companies overall profits kicked back to NHL Corp. (?)

Here's Gino Reta acting like Victor Arvidson poisoned his dog and interviewing some guy who looks like he might actually be having a real life aneurysm over the whole thing.
