6 Cups

Will try to fill with other popular guys in social media. But Dom from TheAthletic put out his list. This is cumulative impact through the season, so Drai still winning even with the time he missed is pretty darn impressive.

Goalies missing, not sure anyone puts together a good list that can properly convey their goalie and skater impacts head to head.

In the twitter thread he is further breakdowns of forward positions and Dmen.

1 Cup

It’s pretty insane that 6 players at the top make up 3 teams. None of those teams won their division.

Hockey truly is a team sport.

No Cups

I am surprised to see guys like Matthew Tkachuk and Conner Bedard on the slowest player list like that. Perry is slow because he already knows where to go and puts the exact amount of energy into getting there exactly when he wants to. Maroon though, that is rough to statistically be the slowest in every category. What a guy though.

Also no Oilers among the slowest defencemen is nice to see.

Noticing that Bedard's most common linemate Bertuzzi is on every list. Slow speed, and very infrequent bursts of speed. But Bedard isn't on the lists for infrequent bursts, just low sustained speed.

Wonder if Bedard is constantly having to slow down for his slow linemates. Not sure if Bedard is a big breakaway speed kind of player, but haven't watched him that much. He seems to be a guy finding openings and looking to snipe, maybe a cross between Patty Kane and Stamkos.

Maroon I think was always pretty efficient about his movement too. Just out of necessity cause he can't skate even if he wanted. Pretty amazing career he's had with that skating ability.
