Seeing McDavid back to his 100% flying out there self relit a fire in me that hadn’t been burning in a while. Maybe the eight games he missed due to injury healed up and recharged his battery in time for the playoffs. Hope the same for everyone else still out.
I absolutely thought this game was a write off. And then 97 said “it’s time.”
McDavid was unreal. But shout out to Nurse and Pickard for that defensive play on the break away that lead to the game winner.

Did not expect to see that result when I woke up this morning! Great to see McDavid back and rested. I wouldn't bet against him hitting 100 pts again this season, even with all that time missed.
