Ugly but a win is a win and over a very good team. We seem to play Dallas very well !
We have a very nice stretch coming up
Buffalo - worst team in the league
Devils - have lost 3 straight and haven't looked good lately
Islanders - also not great
Oilers have a chance to gain on Vegas here.

What a breath of fresh air in the play of both Maximus Jones and Walman.. more hits by those players combined in one game than by the entire team in the last 10..
I liked Walman's speed and positioning.. great skater.. and defensively very solid.. which really stands out because how poor the puck IQ is of half of our existing D-men.. and what a hit on Rantanen.. man.. I haven't seen an open ice hit like that by an Oiler since Chris F Pronger left!
..Walman always seemed to be in the right spot in the D-zone.. got the puck moved out.. and has a bomber shot that actually gets on net.. He was a pleasant surprise that left me hopeful for our top 4 once The Viking gets back.. I think Coffey will enjoy coaching him.
McDAVID! Oh YEAH Baby!! (Thank you Lord!)

0PPs for the Oilers vs 3 for the Stars is some real BS. Stars are automatic, yet the refs call everything. Oilers need to die before they get a call. 26th in the league in PP opportunities while having the guy that should draw the most. Wonder if their is any way the team can bring this up with the league without making it worse
