Living in the UK and following the Oilers is hard work. Most starts are between 1 to 3am, so a weekend of 6pm starts is something to look forward to, reasonable time slots... This weekend we were garbage, they looked like they'd never played with each other.
For what may be the first time ever, I switched off at 4-1, it was game over. I don't ever recall doing that so early in a game, it's normally the last minute or so. We have been brutal at the start of the previous two seasons, and these last two games were repeat performances. They need to get the fingers out and the head off holiday mode and back onto hockey very quickly.
Take me home, country road
to the place where I belong
to Alberta, to see the Oilers
