After that opener, things can only get better right? Well what would be better, is not letting in 6 goals for once, scoring another and looking like an NHL quality team. We don't ask for much really do we...

Scoring a goal would be a great start! Chicago is not good and played last night. For almost any team I’d call this game a layup to get back on track. But you never know with these early season oilers.

A tired bottom feeder is a recipe for Oilers disaster, riding low or high.

Hopefully game 1 gooseegg and blowout was enough of an early wake up call to take things seriously again and being highly touted means nothing.

Let’s Go Oilers

I hope the boys put on their big boy pants, stop pouting and being so sad... and actually play the game and have some fun out there tonight.

Enough with the pouting, Oilers. You came close and lost, but use it as motivation! Don't skate around like you're not into it and would rather be in the bathroom crying.

A 5-2 loss IS better than a 6-1 loss!

This should be a get right game for Edmonton.
