I wonder if he used the old line about loving where this franchise seems to be heading...
It's too long, in my view for a fourth liner, but not the end of the world I guess. Most of it can be buried in the minors if he sucks by then.

Fair deal IMO...big question is...how much cap space is left to address some RFAs like Broberg and Holloway? Who's going to be 3rd and 4th line centre too?
Edit: 1.3 million for all of the above^^^^
Seems like somebody will be traded (Ceci likely easiest/most feasible target here)

He basically earned the 3rd year of this deal in the finals. Pretty easy contract to make disappear and even easier if the cap continues to rise.
