That last shift from McDavid was atrocious. Two big positional mistakes in the defensive zone, and an awful penalty in the offensive zone.

The NHL is an absolute joke with this no-goal nonsense.
If an offensive player is pushed into the defending goalie and makes every effort to get out of the way... that should be a goal.

Oh F right off Elliote. Yes, he went into the blue of his own volition. He stopped before making contact. Then he got rammed into the goalie (after the puck was already in the net)

McDavid and nuge been so perimeter. Too bad that was the moment McDavid decided he wanted to go to the net.
There is no way we would have won the challenge. Ref delaying and getting sucked by Silov's fake death sadly turned that from a goal call to no goal. Would have been nicer for Canucks to have to challenge.
