Why is Vinnie playing instead of Stecher? For that matter, I’d be fine with giving Ceci the night off in favor of Stecher too.

I blame Nurse, he stepped up at the blueline waved his stick, got neither puck nor man, guy blows right past him.. then Desharnais had to come over from his side to fill in for Nurse.. Carrick took the open man with the puck down low.. nobody took the slot.. Nurse was at the faceoff circle.

I don’t care if they pull it off- this is no way to play a game. Spotting the opponents a five-goal lead is not an advisable move.
