Bouch might be McDavid's most useful wing man so far in this series.

Yep. Nuge, Hyman and Kane are taking penalties... and that's about it.

Awesome support gents.

While I get that we all have some emotional scars from this team, I think that maybe some are a little over-emo here. It's a marathon, not a sprint, boys. All these guys are going to play big roles this spring still. It's very early.

Nice one Kane. Just the hacking at the goalie :)

I'd be okay seeing a little more Broberg on the third pairing.

Just hate stuff like nuge doing the lazy backhand toss, giving up possession on the zone with support coming, and then 10 seconds later the Kings are getting 2 or 3 quality chances. Still just a degree of urgency that we need to game into our game.

For a big guy, that Byfield sure falls down easy.

.. was thinking the same thing.. Sportsnet even did a highlight pak of Byfield over 2 games.. pretty funny.. for a guy that's supposed to be a sturdy "power forward" .. he sure falls down easily, and has a pretty weak grip on that stick..
