Why are all these US anthem singers so bad?
I haven't heard one yet this year that was any good.
Edit: Also, Jack. Really? Hard to imagine a game with more on the line? How about just last night where the loser of the Preds vs Flames games was OUT OF THE PLAYOFFS? That would count as more on the line, no?

...pretty even period. McKinnon sure has explosive speed. Nice to see the push-back when Kane was abused a bit there.
...this time, it's for real (isn't it?).

He seemed to underestimate the Avs' defenders and their ability to clog passing lanes on that PP. What an opportunity lost, indeed.

OIL had pretty much avoided making "own" mistakes lately. Tonight SKINNER has had to overcome at least two of those mistake types. And it's still tied. Of course this isn't the AVA/Sharks out there tonight... but just tighten it up a bit out there and let the overall skill decide the outcome.

OIL bottom 2 lines seem to dominate when they are out there.

Kane has not had a good night so far, and he takes the late penalty after a lackadaisical play in the Avs' zone.

Connor didn't have a clear-cut breakaway, so the PP is all they will get.

Haha. McDavid never caught his breath at any point after that first OT shift. Looked really to collapse after the winner
