The good news is this week of defensive collapses might be the defensive collapses that finally more the immovable fossil into DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THE DEFENSE. Not the offensive defense. The defense defense. You know, the part of a team that should be able to hold multiple consecutive leads.

Worth noting, Ceci hasn't looked great lately. Neither has Kulak. Those are supposedly the defensive consciences of the Oilers defence...

I didn't say fix the defense because I don't think the current team can be fixed, but doing something about would at least be a positive gesture. Don't worry though, it'll be the same defense next year too!

Not to dispute this, because 3rd and 4th goals were terrible, but that was a poor face-off, poor coverage and an own-goal deflection off Nurse's knee. Can't blame him too much on that last one.

Campbell is actually terrible. Forget the good stuff that he was showing... this stretch of garbage falls more in line with the first half of the season. He's going to be lucky to finish the year with an .850 save percentage.
